Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@desishimmer.com as soon as possible with your order details.
2. Cancellation Process
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for return options.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
